Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.

Should you cancel your color appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee applies.

For a cut-only service cancelled within 24 hours' notice a $25 fee applies.

 

 Payment will be required before a new appointment can be scheduled.

In the unfortunate event of frequent last-minute cancellations, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

Late Policy

Your time is valuable to me! I strive to offer a relaxed environment for each and every guest. I cannot accommodate any guest arriving 15 minutes late for their service, and they will be considered a no-show.

(If I start your session late, you will not be penalized and will receive your full service.)

No-Show Policy

In the unfortunate event of a no-show, I reserve the right to refuse future services or may require pre-payment in full at the time of booking. In such case, a booking fee equal to 50% of the service(s) booked is required before rescheduling a "no-show" appointment.

Adjustment Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.

While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge.

This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere.

If you're feeling under the weather...

I take the health of all my guests very seriously! Because of this I am unable to service guests who arrive sick. This ensures that everyone stays healthy, and that the salon stays clean and germ-free for all! Please contact me if you are feeling sick and need to reschedule
